Now selecting founding providers

Receive structured requests from international patients seeking your procedures.

Patients tell us what care they need, when they want to travel, and what they need to know to decide. Your practice reviews matching requests and responds with its own itemized treatment offer.

  • No required subscription
  • You set your prices
  • Decline any request
  • Fixed fee only after a completed booking

What you actually receive

This is what arrives in your provider inbox. Nothing about it is a form letter — the patient answered these questions before the request was routed to any practice.

The patient wants your offer to answer

  1. 01Total treatment price and what it includes
  2. 02Surgeon's fee, facility fee and anaesthesia, itemized
  3. 03Implants and materials used
  4. 04Number of visits and nights in hospital
  5. 05How many days to stay in the country
  6. 06Follow-up arrangements
  7. 07Cancellation terms
  8. 08What happens if there are complications

Your practice responds

Illustrative only. Not a real patient, and not a prediction of the requests your practice will receive.

Spend less time answering incomplete inquiries.

Every request arrives in the same shape. A request is not sent to your practice until it names a procedure, a source market and a travel window — the platform will not treat it as complete without all three.

  • 01Whether you perform the requested procedure
  • 02Whether the patient's timing is workable for your schedule
  • 03What the patient has told us and what is still missing
  • 04Whether to respond with an offer or decline

Offers are made comparable before a patient sees them

An offer cannot be submitted until it states the required length of stay, the cancellation terms and what happens if there are complications. That rule applies to every practice, so your offer is read beside others that answer the same questions rather than against a lower number that quietly excludes them.

How your practice works with us

What participating actually involves, end to end.

  1. 01

    Apply and complete verification

Tell us about your practice. Credential documents are requested after that conversation, not before it.

  2. 02

    Configure procedures, pricing and availability

You decide which procedures you accept, how you price them and when you can take patients.

  3. 03

    Become eligible for matching requests

Verified, visible practices are matched to requests by the procedures they perform and the destination the patient is considering. Matching does not consider your subscription, your spend or how early you joined.

  4. 04

Review each request, or decline it

Requests appear in your provider inbox with a 48-hour response window. Declining records an internal reason and sends nothing to the patient.

  5. 05

    Submit an itemized offer

Break the price into the lines a patient can compare — surgeon's fee, facility, anaesthesia, implants, stay, follow-up. You set every figure.

  6. 06

    Agree the treatment dateLaunching

The patient chooses an offer and settles timing with your practice.

  7. 07

    Deliver care and receive payoutLaunching

Payment is collected when the booking is confirmed. Funds are held for 48 hours after payment before transfer to your practice, and an open dispute blocks release.

Steps marked launching are being completed as the first corridors open. Requests, offers and declines are working today.

Keep your treatment revenue.

We charge a fixed coordination fee set by the complexity of the procedure category — never a share of what you charge for treatment. A bigger treatment price does not mean a bigger fee.

Who is responsible for what

Heyzl is a coordination platform. It does not practise medicine, employ clinicians, or make any clinical judgement about a patient.

Heyzl coordinates

  • Collecting the patient's request and structuring it
  • Matching requests to practices by procedure and destination
  • Presenting your itemized offer beside others in a comparable form
  • Collecting payment and handling the payout to your practice
  • Patient support for questions about the platform

Your practice provides

  • Clinical assessment and medical advice
  • Deciding whether the patient is a suitable candidate
  • The treatment plan and informed consent
  • Delivering care and any follow-up you commit to
  • Professional, regulatory and licensing compliance

What verification involves for your practice

Verification is what lets an international patient tell one unfamiliar practice from another. We publish which checks are automated and which still need a person, because a list that hides the difference tells a patient nothing.

Checked automatically against a source

  • Medical license

A verified, non-expired license must be on file. Enforced in application code and again by a database constraint, so no admin action can bypass it.

  • Malpractice insurance

An active policy of at least $1,000,000 in coverage, checked against its effective and expiry dates.

  • Background check

A provider carrying a flagged background check cannot be listed.

  • NPI registry (NPPES)

Looked up live against the CMS national provider registry at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov.

Reviewed by a person

  • Exclusion screening (OIG / NPDB)

No automated feed yet. Routed to a human reviewer rather than recorded as clean.

  • Sanctions screening (OFAC)

No automated feed yet. Routed to a human reviewer.

  • Facility accreditation (JCI)

Confirmed by a reviewer against the accrediting body, not by an API.

  • Identity verification

Reviewed by a person until the automated integration is live.

A check we cannot perform against an authoritative source is never recorded as a pass. It becomes a manual review, and the provider stays unlisted until a person completes it.

Patient volume — not yet

Joining does not guarantee patient volume, and we will not estimate one. It makes a verified practice eligible to receive relevant requests as each treatment corridor opens. We would rather tell you that now than have you find it out after onboarding.

Questions providers ask us

Why did you contact our practice?

We are building the founding provider network corridor by corridor, before opening patient acquisition. Your practice performs procedures that patients in one of those corridors ask for. Contact details came from public accreditation and practice listings.

Is joining free?

Applying and listing are free, and no subscription is required. The only charge is a fixed coordination fee per completed booking, set by the complexity of the procedure category.

Does Heyzl guarantee patient volume?

No, and we will not give you a projection. We are building the founding provider network before expanding patient acquisition. Joining makes a verified practice eligible to receive relevant requests as each corridor opens.

What is in a patient request?

The procedure the patient wants, the country they are travelling from, when they are considering treatment, any destinations they prefer, and an optional budget indication. A request is not treated as complete without the first three. Requests do not currently carry imaging or medical records.

Can we decline a request?

Yes, any request, without limit. Declining records an internal reason so we can improve what reaches you. Nothing is sent to the patient on your behalf.

Do we control our own prices?

Yes. You set the total and every line within it. We never adjust your price, and we do not take a percentage of it.

When do we get paid, and why is payout not immediate?

Payment is collected when the patient confirms a booking. Funds are then held for 48 hours before transfer to your practice, and an open dispute blocks release. The hold is what lets us offer the patient a defined window to raise a problem, which is a large part of why they are willing to prepay a practice abroad.

What happens if a patient cancels?

The cancellation terms are the ones you set in your own offer. We hold you to what you wrote, not to a platform-wide policy you had no say in.

Who is clinically responsible for treatment?

Your practice, entirely. Heyzl is a coordination platform. It does not practise medicine, employ clinicians, or give medical advice to patients.

Can we leave?

Yes. There is no long-term contract and no notice period. You can stop accepting requests or remove your listing at any time; commitments in offers you have already made stand.

What happens after we apply?

A member of provider relations reads your submission and replies by email about whether your corridor is one we are onboarding. Verification and credential documents come after that, not before.
