Are there any hidden fees?
No. All fees are transparent. Patients pay the provider's price plus standard payment processing fees. Providers pay only fixed coordination fees on completed bookings (based on procedure category, not procedure value).
When do providers receive payment?
Payments are held in escrow until the service is completed. Once the patient confirms completion (or after a grace period), funds are automatically released to the provider.
Why don't you charge a percentage commission like other platforms?
Percentage-based commissions can create compliance issues under healthcare regulations in many states. Our fixed fee model ensures we can operate legally everywhere while offering providers more predictable costs—especially on higher-value procedures.
When is the coordination fee charged?
The coordination fee is charged to providers when a booking is confirmed. It covers platform services including secure messaging, payment processing infrastructure, escrow protection, and booking coordination.
Can I try the platform without a subscription?
Yes! You can list your services and accept bookings with no subscription. You'll only pay the coordination fee when you receive confirmed bookings. Subscriptions are optional and provide enhanced visibility and discounts.
What happens when a provider exceeds their monthly introduction limit?
Starter (10/mo), Growth (50/mo), and Professional (100/mo) tiers have soft monthly limits. If a provider exceeds their limit, additional patient introductions are charged at $15 per introduction. Providers are notified at 80% capacity and can upgrade their plan anytime to avoid overage charges. Enterprise tier includes unlimited introductions with no overage fees.
