Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your total is the provider's price, standard payment processing, and our coordination fee, each shown as its own line before you pay. The coordination fee is set by procedure category, not by the value of your treatment, so a more expensive procedure does not cost you more in fees.
When do providers receive payment?
Payments are withheld until the service is completed. Once the patient confirms completion (or after a grace period), funds are automatically released to the provider.
Why don't you charge a percentage commission like other platforms?
Percentage-based commissions can create compliance issues under healthcare regulations in many states. Our fixed fee model ensures we can operate legally everywhere while offering providers more predictable costs—especially on higher-value procedures.
When is the coordination fee charged?
The coordination fee is added to the patient's total when a booking is confirmed, and is shown as a separate line item before payment. It covers platform services including secure messaging, payment infrastructure, payment protection, and booking coordination.
Can I try the platform without a subscription?
Yes. You can list your services and accept bookings with no subscription. The coordination fee is paid by the patient, not deducted from your payout — you receive your treatment price less standard payment processing. Subscriptions are optional and provide enhanced visibility.
What happens when a provider exceeds their monthly introduction limit?
Starter (10/mo), Growth (50/mo), and Professional (100/mo) tiers have soft monthly limits. If a provider exceeds their limit, additional patient introductions are charged at $15 per introduction. Providers are notified at 80% capacity and can upgrade their plan anytime to avoid overage charges. Enterprise tier includes unlimited introductions with no overage fees.
