We add a fixed coordination fee to your total — $199–$549, set by procedure category complexity and never a percentage of your procedure cost. It appears as its own line before you pay. Unlike platforms that take 8-15% of procedure costs, a higher treatment price does not mean a higher fee, and the provider keeps their listed price less standard payment processing.
No hidden ones — but there is a platform fee, and it is ours. You pay the provider's listed procedure price, standard payment processing (2.9% + $0.30), and our coordination fee ($199–$549). All three are itemized before you confirm, and nothing is added afterwards.
Your payment is collected at booking, but the provider is not paid out until your care is complete and you confirm satisfaction. If something isn't right, you can open a dispute and the payout stays withheld while it is resolved.
