How do the fees work?
You pay a fixed coordination fee per booking based on the procedure category ($199-$549). Fees are based on coordination complexity, not procedure value. Optional subscription plans provide 10-25% discounts on coordination fees plus premium features. All fees are transparent and disclosed upfront.
When do I get paid?
Payments are held in escrow until the service is completed. Once the patient confirms completion (or after a grace period), funds are automatically released to your account. You can then transfer to your bank account via Stripe.
What if I don't get any bookings?
No problem! If you don't get bookings, you don't pay anything. There's no penalty, no minimum commitment, and you can leave the platform anytime. We only succeed when you succeed.
How long does verification take?
Typically 2-5 business days. We verify your medical license, credentials, and facility. Once verified, your profile goes live and you can start receiving bookings immediately.
