Frequently Asked Questions
Is it really free to join?
Listing is free and no subscription is required. The coordination fee is paid by the patient as a separate line on their total when a booking completes — it is not deducted from your payout. Optional subscription plans reduce that fee; current plan pricing is on the pricing page.
How do the fees work?
The patient pays a fixed coordination fee on top of your treatment price, set by procedure category ($199–$549). It reflects coordination complexity, not the value of the procedure, so a higher treatment price does not mean a higher fee. You receive your listed price less standard payment processing. Optional subscription plans reduce that fee; they do not affect how requests are matched to you.
When do I get paid?
The patient pays when they confirm a booking. Funds are then held for 48 hours before transfer to your practice, and an open dispute blocks release. Payouts transfer to your bank via Stripe.
What if I don't get any bookings?
No problem! If you don't get bookings, you don't pay anything. There's no penalty, no minimum commitment, and you can leave the platform anytime. We only succeed when you succeed.
How long does verification take?
It depends on how quickly documents come back and how many checks need a human reviewer — four of the eight are manual today, and we do not publish a turnaround time we cannot consistently meet. Once verified, your profile goes live and you become eligible to receive matching requests.
Can I set my own prices?
Absolutely! You have complete control over your pricing. Set fixed prices, price ranges, or require quote requests for complex procedures. You decide what to charge.
What support do you provide?
We handle the platform side: collecting and structuring patient requests, presenting your offer, payment collection and payouts. Clinical questions, treatment planning and care remain with your practice.
